Oak Hill Model Railroad Track Supply LLC was formed to fill a niche that I thought was missing in model railroading and prototype modeling. I was frustrated with the availability of kits to make turnouts quickly and easily. Commercially available turnouts are not prototypically accurate, are made of plastic, and have unsightly details that I wanted to avoid. I did not want to buy more tools than I already had to build turnouts and track work. I wanted to design and build products that look and function like the real thing.
